Shipping Information

We offer FREE SHIPPING TO ALL USA DESTINATIONS for all jewelry orders of $129 or more for Priority Mail service. Prioity Mail is both trackable and insured. You can select first class mail for the lowest price of $4.75 for jewelry orders under $129. Some items, other than jewelry, or items that we direct ship from vendors, are not included in the free shipping offer. Almost all of the items not included in free shipping are heavy and require more shipping costs. Look at the charts below to see all our shipping rate information. All shipping dates are calculated from time of shipping - not from time of order. Additional time is required to make custom jewelry, embroidery and engraved items. International orders have the option of first class mail or priority mail. Free shipping is limited to USA destinations.

 

CUSTOM JEWELRY -- Custom Jewelry takes extra time - we get extremely busy during the peak season and ask for 2 weeks to ship your custom jewelry. However, you can move up in the production schedule if you elect to purchase rush shipping (click this link for the option). You can always call and ask us what the current schedule is and when you can expect your jewelry to arrive. The current schedule is posted on our home page as well.

NOTE: On the check out page (this is the page that you give your credit information) you are asked to provide a "Need By Date." We do take this seriously. You can also tell us anything we need to know about your custom jewelry order in the block on this page entitled "Custom Jewelry Instructions." We will contact you if you have set a time that we cannot meet.

You know that you are ordering custom jewelry when you are asked for "Pearl Color" "Crystal Color" "Necklace Length" "Earring Style" "Select Material Used in Construction" This means that we are handmaking this jewelry custom to your order! If you are not sure, please ask. We are available by phone, email and chat.

Every effort will be made to ship your order within 2 days unless you have chosen a custom product, engraving or embroidery. PLEASE NOTE: All Handmade Jewelry Takes Extra Time!

For your convenience we have added a shipping calculator on our shopping cart page. Simply enter your zip or other postal code, select a shipping method and push the apply button. Your shipping charges will be calculated for you. From time to time, there are inconsistencies in our system. Ask if your shipping does not appear to be correct. Or if we notice that you have paid too much, we will make an adjustment for you.

We have added an IN STORE PICKUP option for our local customers. There will be no shipping charge for items we make instore for the items you pick up. We do have several partner/suppliers that drop ship for us. There is a charge for this service. We will contact you with any charges for these items - regardless of the shipping charges computed for your order.

  • Free shipping is included for jewelry orders over $129 for USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the USA including Alaska & Hawaii
  • Jewelry Orders under $129: -
  • $4.75 for standard first class + $.75 per item, ie 2 items = $5.50
    $8.75 for Priority Mail
  • Express Mail Service - $28 (Normally Next Day Delivery - But Not Guaranteed - non-urban areas should allow 2 days
  • SAMPLE CRYSTALS & PEARLS - $2.75 Envelope

UPS - UPS instead of the US Postal Service:

  • UPS Ground: $10.75 + $1 per pound
  • UPS 3rd day select delivery For Jewelry : $22. (Please conside USPS Priority Mail for much less)
  • UPS 2nd day air service for Jewelry : $30
    Ups Overnight 1 Day Service for Jewelry: $40

First Class Mail - All Jewelry orders are $10.00 (This method is not recommended because packages are not trackable, additionally any packages over 16 ounces require parcel post - you take the risk). Delivery Times Vary. There is no tracking on this method of shipping.

Priority Mail Service - $18.00 - Six to Ten Day Delivery

Express Mail Service $25.00 - Five Day Delivery

United States Postal Service - First Class Mail $10.00 - Not Trackable We Will Ship This Way, But You Take the Risk & Delivery Time Varies - We will not accept PayPal for shipment of First Class Mail - International. PayPal requires proof of delivery by us. This is usually a very safe method of delivery and very low price, but remember, it is not trackable.

United States Priority Mail International - $25.00 (estimated delivery 6 - 10 Days However, not guaranteed) - This method is insurable and very safe. Only you can determine the risk you are willing to take and the price you are willing to pay. If you MUST have your order within 10 days, please let us quote Express Mail which is trackable, and guaranteed delivery in many countries.

Shipping is calculated separately for bags & heavier items such as beer mugs,etc. independent of jewelry purchases. Shipping is always charged on these items.


Shipping Costs For Bags, Mugs, Giftware & Other Non Jewelry Items - USA

  • USPS- First Class mail - Is based upon weight. The First Non Jewelry Item normally costs between $4.75 and $6.75 and each additional item adds up to $2.75. There is a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page. Simply put in your country, Zip code and press apply. You can see the shipping charges.
  • USPS- Priority Mail - The First item costs $8.75 and each additionl item costs $2 - For example one item costs $8.75, two bags cost $10.75 and three items cost $12.75 for shipping through the United States post office.
  • UPS - The first non-jewelry item shipped costs $10.75 and each additional item costs $3 - For example, one item costs $10.75, two items cost $13.75 and three items cost $16.75 for shipping through UPS.
  • Non-Jewelry items also have a higher premium for 2nd and 3rd day air (because it is so expensive.) For 3rd day select, there is a $22 charge and $6 per extra bag. 2nd day air is $29 plus $9 extra per bag..

Backorder Information

  • From time to time, it is necessary for us to backorder an item. It is our policy to notify you of the backorder situation and ask for your instructions prior to shipping anything.
  • If you place an order for an item that is backordered, we will not process a charge to your account for that specific item until we ship your item.
  • We will contact you prior to shipment, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fee.

    COMPLIMENTARY RUSH SERVICE FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY

    Meeting your deadline is of utmost importance to us. Fill out the "Must Receive By Date" on the check out page. We take this date very seriously and will let you know immediately our ability to meet your date (by "Must Receive By Date" we mean have your jewelry in your hand). We will not accept an order if we cannot meet your date. We believe this is a joint venture to work toward getting your jewelry in time for your wedding or rehersal dinner or bridesmaid luncheon, etc.. We will move your jewelry up in our production schedule, and you may need to pay a bit extra for us to get it to you if you have ordered custom jewelry with less than 2 weeks lead time.
