When I went on Silverland's website, I wasn't sure that the beads were the right color either. A customer service representative called me the next day and offered to send out all the colors they had that were close to brown. They were sent out promptly and at no charge. I found the perfect match! I emailed back and received the necklaces a couple days later. One of the necklaces did have a kink in it, and I emailed them about midnight on Friday....and received a response that night! They are sending out a new chain, no questions asked. The people I have dealt with are very kind and understanding. I feel like I am finally getting some customer service through my wedding planning. Their quality is also outstanding. I received an email from the owner the next day explaining that he had removed the shipping costs because his business was located in the same city as me. I didnt realize that when I ordered the jewelery and was very appreciative that he would take the time to send me an email. I received the bracelets the next day and they were beautiful. Upon further review of the package, I realized the owner had also taken the time to write a letter to me thanking me for doing business and once again explained that he removed the additional cost of shipping due to the location of his business in relation to me. Customer service like that is a rare find in this day and age! I will definitely do business with them in the future. What a terrific find!
